GATA Göz Hast. A.D., Ankara A 24-year-old man, complaining of bilateral sudden visual loss, was diagnosed as bilateral uveitis and referred to our clinic after prescription of corticosteroid therapy in another institution. The initial examination revealed optic neuropathy and altitudinal superior scotoma in the right eye; temporal pallor of the optic disk and corneal keratic precipitates in the left eye. The systemic and laboratory evaluation has been done because of posterior uveitis and the patient was discharged with oral corticosteroid therapy. One month later, the patient turned to our clinic again with optic neuropathy, granulomatous panuveitis and serous retinal detachment in both eyes and severe tinnitus and with these findings the patient is accepted as Vogt-Koyanagi- Harada syndrome. Keywords : Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome, Corticosteroid therapy
