Gazi Üniv. Tıp Fak. Göz Hast AD. We studied the visual prognosis and managements of cases with choroideal or retinal detachment occurring early after partial penetrating keratoplasty. Two cases with choroideal detachment and 3 cases with retinal detachment were followed for 12 months. One case with choroideal detachment and three cases with retinal detachment underwent early surgical intervention . The techniques and factors affecting the visual prognosis were discussed.
