Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease is a hereditary cancer syndrome affecting multiple systems. The most common ocular finding is the presence of retinal hemangioblastomas. Treatment of retinal hemangioblastomas depends on the location and size of the lesion and the presence of secondary complications. This study presents clinical findings, treatment modalities and long-term prognosis of a 14 year-old male patient with VHL disease followed up for 14 years. Keywords : Von Hippel Lindau, retina, hemanjioblastoma
