Macular Hole Associated with Optic Pit Maculopathy: High Resolution Optical Coherence Tomography Findings

3İstanbul Retina Enstitüsü, İstanbul, Prof. Dr. As a congenital optic disc anomaly, optic pit is a rare clinical condition with a benign prognosis unless the macula involved. Authors report the high resolution optical coherence tomography (OCT) findings in a case of macular hole associated with optic pit maculopathy. In this case OCT documented the unseparated posterior hyaloid at the edge of the full thickness macular hole on the elevated macula.
