Choroidal folds can appear as parallel stria at posterior pole, either idiopathic or secondary to orbital tumors, thyroid ophthalmopathy, various inflammations or mucocele. In this study; a case presenting us with the symptom of correctable visual loss and accompanying signs of increased hypermetropia and choroidal folds, following endoscopic paranasal sinus surgery six months ago, is reported.
