The most commonly affected site is choroid for metastasis. The lung is the most frequent primary site in men, and the breast in women. The diagnosis of metastatic ocular malignancies is crucial since they indicate poor prognosis. This paper reports a 48-year-old woman with pulmonary adenocarcinoma presented with blurred vision and a choroidal mass in the left eye, In addition to the case report, treatment choices of choroidal metastaic tumors are discussed.
